The Heart of England Enterprise Park gives rise to the possibility of Collective Energy or Brainstorming to occur.
This is both abstract and real at the same time, and you can’t order it online. By having and engaging with progressive, like-minded neighbours, new ideas, and possibly new services and products can evolve and attract even more inventive brains to the location. And there is large range of afforfable, new housing just a bike ride away.
A small cafe on site could be a real hub for the generation of creative thought. A typical example of collective energy at work is reflected in the work of the Beatles. After they broke up they did create good material on an individual basis but most people consider that as a foursome, they excelled.
Such a local Cafe could also be extended to become a high level Chef’s School adding to the Culinary Attractions of the area.
